ActConversions.com is operated by Sword of Melody Corporation ("we", "us"). By uploading a database or ordering a conversion you agree to these terms.
We read database files created by ACT! versions 2.0 through 6.0 and ACT! 2000 and convert their contents into CSV and Excel files. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Act! LLC, Swiftpage, HubSpot, Zoho or any other software maker. ACT! and other product names are trademarks of their owners.
After you upload, we check whether your database can be read and e-mail you record counts and a preview of up to 10 contacts. The free check carries no obligation to buy.
The price is shown on our website at the time of your order: currently $299 for a database of up to 10,000 contacts and $449 for a larger database, unless we quote otherwise in writing. Payment is taken through Stripe after the free check and before delivery. We never see or store your card details.
We aim to deliver within two business days of payment through a private download link. Delivery times are a target, not a guarantee.
You confirm that you own the data you upload or are authorised to have it converted, and that converting it doesn't break any law or agreement that applies to you. You are responsible for how you use the converted data, including importing it into other systems and complying with privacy and marketing laws that apply to the contacts in it.
Database formats differ, so not every field or feature maps directly to a spreadsheet. Layouts, reports, templates, attachments stored outside the database and the expansion of recurring activities are not included. Damaged or incomplete files may convert only partly. We'll describe any known gaps in the free check.
If the converted files contain an error we caused, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it and re-deliver at no charge. If we can't fix it, we'll refund what you paid for that database. Because you see a preview before paying, we don't otherwise give refunds once files have been delivered.
We treat your data as confidential, use it only to perform your conversion and delete it as described in our Privacy notice.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the conversion involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Please keep your own copy of your original files; we don't change them, but we don't keep a backup of them either.
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Questions: orders@actconversions.com.
