Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This notice explains what ActConversions.com (operated by Sword of Melody Corporation) does with information you give us.

What we collect

• Your details: name, e-mail, and optionally company and phone, so we can reply and deliver your files.
• Your database files and the contact information inside them.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid, not your card number.
• Basic technical data: your IP address and upload time, used to prevent abuse.

How we use it

Only to check and convert your database, deliver the results, answer your questions and keep basic business records such as invoices. We don't sell, rent or share your data, and we don't use the contacts in your database for any purpose of our own.

How we protect it

Uploads travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection and are stored in a private area of our server that can't be reached from the web. Only the person doing your conversion opens them.

How long we keep it

• Your database and the converted files: deleted within 7 days after delivery.
• If you don't go ahead after the free check: deleted within 30 days of upload.
• Your name, e-mail and order record: kept for tax and accounting purposes.

Want it deleted sooner? E-mail us and we'll do it within two business days.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Hostinger and payments are processed by Stripe. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
